Room 01 / THE STUDIO
Object No.001: Studio Pillow
A black studio pillow carrying the opening phrase, “Every record begins with”. The first half of a statement completed elsewhere in the room.
Object No.002: Studio Pillow
An all-black studio pillow carrying a single word: “Conversation.” Positioned as the conclusion to Object No.001 — bringing the two objects together to complete a central Bakery Records philosophy:
Object No.003: Coffee Table
A cracked kick drum repurposed as a coffee table, finished with a tempered glass top. An instrument no longer making sound, but continuing its life within the studio.
Object No.009: Studio Key
The key to Bakery Records. A small object that marks the threshold between the outside world and the studio — where the work begins.
Object No.010: Studio Sofa (White)
A white sofa at the heart of the studio. A place to sit, listen and step away from the controls — making space for ideas between the work.
Object No.011: Studio Sofa (Human Race)
A studio sofa carrying the work of Pharrell “Human Race.” A reminder that behind every recording, piece of equipment and decision is something fundamentally human.
Object No.014: Studio Window
A window between the studio and the world outside. Bringing natural light into the space while offering a moment to look beyond the work.
Object No.015: Studio Lamp
A source of light within the studio, shaping the atmosphere of the room as much as illuminating it. A small reminder that how a space feels can influence what is created within it.
Object No.016: Studio PHRENDS (Lego Head Wall)
Created from the heads of the Pharrell Williams LEGO set, PHRENDS brings a collection of different faces into the studio — a small celebration of individuality, creativity and the people behind the work.
Object No.017: Studio LEGO Rocketship
A LEGO rocketship from the Pharrell Williams Over the Moon set. A small symbol of imagination and ambition — a reminder that ideas are allowed to go somewhere unexpected.
Object No.018: Studio Door
The entrance to Bakery Records. A physical threshold between the everyday and the creative space, where conversations become ideas, and ideas become records.
Object No.019: Studio Chair (Listening Position)
The central listening position at Bakery Records. Where perspective shifts from making the record to experiencing it — and the smallest decisions become important.
Object No.023: Inspiration (Coffee Table Books)
A collection of books kept within the studio for visual reference and inspiration. Ideas from outside of music that help shape how Bakery Records sees, creates and communicates.
Object No.029: Left NS10 Hippos
A small collection of hippos sitting above the left NS10. Playful objects overlooking the listening position, a little character amongst the tools of the studio.
Object No.030: Right NS10 Fidget Toys
A small collection of fidget toys sitting above the right NS10. Objects for restless hands during long sessions, bringing movement and play into moments of focused listening.
Object No.031: Left M3.4 (Items)
A collection of personal keepsakes resting above the left M3.4. Small objects carrying memories and meaning, pieces of life that have quietly found their place within the studio.
Object No.032: Right M3.4 (Hat)
A hat collected from seeing Hans Zimmer live, resting above the right M3.4. A personal reminder of one of Nathan’s greatest musical inspirations and the scale of what sound can become.
